Dana Cooke has been an elementary public school teacher since 2000. She had a lifelong dream of owning her own horse, and that dream finally came true when Hank came into her life in May of 2018. With her teaching experience and Hank by her side, she wants to share the healing power horses can give back to kids and adults with life challenges. Dana is currently working toward her certification with PATH International to become a certified instructor in equine therapy.
Hank is a 19 year old quarter horse. He was used as a children’s camp horse in Florida during his younger years. Since then, he has been used for pleasure riding under an english and western saddle. He has a lot of personality and LOVES to eat!! Hank is very gentle and loves attention as he is groomed, bathed, and ridden.
